1. Privacy Policy for Passengers

Information on data protection in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger application.

The following information provides an overview of how we process your personal data, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation, in relation to the use of our application for passenger transport services ( "GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App").

The personal data processed depends, in large part, on the services or products you use.

1. Information about the Data Controller

2. Definitions

"Personal data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, identifiers electronically or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

3. Data Processing Activities and Objectives

Next, we will inform you about the various types of personal data we process and what the purpose is.

The GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App allows you to get trips on TVDE with ("Comercio") through us or if they are available with e-scooters, e-bikes or other mobility service providers. To use our GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App for the purchase of travel, you must provide personal data, which we process in order to provide the respective service. For additional information that can be shared voluntarily, si must be indicated as "optional".

3.1. Travel Acquisition

To obtain trips through us, the following personal data are processed:

3.1.1. General

You are required to provide the following information to register as a user of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App:

First and last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number (master data). Your mobile phone number will be used to verify your customer account, and we will send you a code via SMS. This procedure is used to perform two-step authentication, so registration cannot be performed without specifying a valid mobile phone number. Registration is complete when you enter the code in the GETITEZYSERVI passenger application.

In the context of purchasing travel, we will also process the following data: the time of booking, the coordinates of the start and destination of your trip and information related to your device (device ID). You can provide the coordinates (i) manually, by placing the icon on the map or by entering the address, or (ii) transmitting your GPS coordinates. The legal basis for the treatment of your GPS location data is found in Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. The use of your GPS location data by GETITEZYSERVI can be allowed by installing the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App. Using your device's operating system (smartphone, tablet, etc.), you can also accept the use of your GPS location by GETITEZYSERVI at a later time or withdraw your consent. Without processing the data mentioned above, we are unable to broker a service with a transport company. This is not applicable for optional information.

The profile photo, workplace and address are also optional disclosures and will only be collected and processed by us if you provide us with such information at the time of registration or afterwards. We use your profile photo to identify you and prevent fraud. For this purpose, your profile photo will be temporarily displayed to the respective driver who is in charge of making your trip. The workplace and home address serve to facilitate the registration of routes commonly used by you. The processing of these personal data provided voluntarily is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR. If you do not want your data to be disclosed or continue to be processed, you can simply delete si from the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App.

The respective transport company that undertakes to undertake the trip you have booked will receive your pick-up location along with your name, as long as they are provided by you, your destination and your profile photo, which must be used for identification purposes. The driver can also carry out an identification, asking for your name before the trip begins. After a successful purchase of your trip, the respective driver can call you via the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App. During this process, the mobile phone number you provided during registration will be displayed. In this way, you can be informed of any delays (eg traffic) by the driver and, for example, details regarding the collection location can be clarified. After the trip is over,

The legal basis for the transmission of the collection and destination locations, as well as for the transmission of the name and mobile phone number to the respective transport company is Art.6 (1) b) of the GDPR and, regarding optional information, such as profile photo or GPS location data, Art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR.

3.1.2. Getitezyfactor authentication via Twilio

For security reasons, registration in the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger Application is verified with an SMS code sent to your mobile device ("Getitezyfactor Authentication"). In order to send SMS, we use the service provider company Twilio Inc., headquartered at 375 Beale St, Suite 300 San Francisco, CA 94105 (“Twilio“). The legal basis for using Getitezyfactor Authentication is our legitimate interest, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, to improve the security of our services.

In order to ensure that your personal data will only be processed in accordance with our instructions and the applicable data protection law, we have entered into a Data Processing agreement with Twilio. The legality of data transfer to the USA is ensured by Twilio's binding business rules, in accordance with Art. 47 of the GDPR. In addition, Twilio and standard contractual clauses (SCC, from the English "Standard Contractual Clauses") were included. 3.1.3. Link to Facebook

We offer you the opportunity to sign up or register for the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App with your Facebook user data from the social network Facebook, a service of Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook "). To do this, click on the Connect to Facebook button. For registration, you will be redirected to the Facebook page, where Facebook requests certain permissions and where you can login with your Facebook user data. This links your Facebook profile to our GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App. This link allows us to view your Facebook data (first name, surname, email address, profile picture). Treatment will be based on Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR.

If you do not want your data to be treated in this way, you may not use the Facebook connection function. If you have previously used this feature, you can prevent further processing of your data as saved by us with Facebook by going to the 'settings' of your Facebook account and eliminating the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App from the 'Apps and sites' category.

3.1.4. Google account

We can also offer you the possibility to log in or register with the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App using your Google Account login information, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google" ). To register, you will be directed to the Google page, where si requests certain permissions and where you can log in with your Google registration data. This allows you to link your Google profile to our GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App. This link allows us to view your Google data (first and last name, email address and profile picture). Treatment will be based on Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR.

If you don't want to, don't use login or registration through your Google Account. The additional treatment of your previous data, which is saved by us in your Google account, can be removed by going to 'security' in your Google account and selecting 'third party applications with access to the account', followed by the option 'manage access to third parties', where the access rights of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App can be removed.

3.1.5. Google Maps integration

The GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App uses the Google Maps API, which is provided by Google Ireland Limited Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). In this way, we can display maps on the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App and also allow you to use the maps. Without the Google Maps API application, our GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App will not work. Here, you will also be informed about Google's privacy policy: we use Google Maps in order to calculate the anticipated cost of the trip and to show you, in an interactive way, the distance to the vehicle that will make your trip. In this context, if you have consented to such use, your GPS location data will be treated in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR. Your GPS location data will only be forwarded to Google anonymously. Your identification is excluded.

3.1.6. Business Account

Trips can also be commissioned and billed as trips for commercial purposes ("business trips") according to the "General Conditions for GETITEZYSERVI Corporate Accounts". If you book a business trip through the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App or if you decide to pay for the trip while on a business trip, through a business account, the personal data relevant to the billing process collected by the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App ("Billing Data") will be sent to the administrator of the company's account, which entitles you to a business trip, for the purpose of processing data and billing related to the trip. The billing data includes the first and last name, e-mail address, fare, time, pick-up point and departure of a trip.

For the treatment of billing data, GETITEZYSERVI may use external service providers. In addition, the rights and obligations described in this data protection policy apply to billing data, respectively. In particular, you are entitled to the rights described in point 5.

In the event that the user has the right to take business trips, through his employer's corporate account, he is obliged to provide true information about the private or commercial nature of a trip he has taken. GETITEZYSERVI is not obliged, and technically is not able, to determine whether the user's trip is a business trip or a personal trip.

GETITEZYSERVI will not be responsible for expenses, costs or damages arising from the fact that the user, who has the opportunity to contract a business trip through the business account of the contracting party, falsely book a trip as a business trip, although si is a private trip.

3.2. Payment

If you use the Pay by App function, the following personal data will be processed by us based on Art. 6 (1) b) of the GDPR, with the purpose of executing the contract:

The first and last name, the start and destination location of your trip, country, language, email address, mobile phone number. If you have provided a credit card as a means of payment, the first and last name of the credit card owner, the credit card issuer and the first six and last four digits of the credit card number; in the case of PayPal, the e-mail address of your PayPal account and the information related to your user device (device ID, etc.).

The payment details provided by you are, in the course of this process, transmitted to our payment processors. We use getitezyple payment processors so that, in the event that one of them experiences an interruption, we can continue to support the payment method we offer.

If you use the payment method offered through PayPal, the necessary data to process the payment will be transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: „PayPal“). Credit card payments are made by the following service providers: (i) Braintree services from PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg, to which they will be transmitted the relevant data for the payment in order to settle the payment. The privacy policy for using the Braintree service can be found at: https://www.braintreepayments.com/en/legal/braintree-privacy-policy. (ii) Wirecard AG, Einsteinring 35, 85609 Aschheim, Germany. For payments via WireCard, the payment details provided by you will be transmitted to Wirecard. Detailed information on data protection on Wirecard can be found at: https://www.wirecard.com/privacy-policy. (iii) Adyen NV, Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6-50, 1011 DJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The aforementioned personal data will be transmitted to Adyen. More information about Adyen's privacy settings can be found at: www.adyen.com/policies-and-disclaimer/privacy-policy. ;

All payment service providers have PCI DSS (payment card industry data security standard) certificates.

3.2.1. Payment Services Directive

The new regulation associated with the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the national legislation based on that same diploma have already entered into force. The aim is to standardize security rules and reduce fraud for payments in foreign currency across the European Economic Area (EEA), through the recently demanded "Strong Client Authentication" (SCA). This regulation implements a uniform legal framework at EEA level for the quantities and intervals at which authentication is required.

Two of the three possible authentication factors must be validated:

1) Something you own, such as a smartphone or a card.

2) Something you are aware of, such as a password or PIN.

3) Something that is. For example, a fingerprint or iris scan.

The selection of the respective authentication methods is the responsibility of the issuing bank.

3.3. Classification of Commerce and Passengers

Through the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App you can provide public classifications to Commerce and vehicles. If you provide a rating, si will be associated with a particular trip and will take into account the context of the average rating of the driver and the vehicle. None of your personal data will be transmitted to the driver. The processing of personal data by GETITEZYSERVI is carried out based on your consent according to Art. 6 (1) of the GDPR, which you provide when giving a classification.

In addition, the respective driver has the possibility to positively classify you as a passenger, but also to inform us about possible problems. The rating in terms of stars varies from one to five, with five being the maximum value. We encourage Comercio to uphold its rating based on courtesy and passenger behavior. The classifications can only be viewed by GETITEZYSERVI. The processing of these data is carried out based on our legitimate interest in compliance with Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR to continue to develop and improve the quality of our services.

3.4. Fraud and non-compliance prevention

3.4.1. Gera

Since GETITEZYSERVI is responsible for the risk of default, in case of payment with a credit card or payment function through the application, and to guard GETITEZYSERVI's legitimate interests, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) and Art 22 (2) a) of the GDPR an assessment of the risk of non-payment will be made, based on a mathematical-statistical method (score), whenever you make a new deposit of a chosen payment method and whenever you book a trip, after being registered in the application.

The following personal data is processed to determine the value:

First and last name, first registration address, billing address (if specified), coordinates of the start and destination of your trip, mobile phone number, language, country, email address, credit card issuer, the latest 4 digits of the credit card number, credit card expiration date, name of the credit card holder, email address of your PayPal account, information about your terminal (device ID) and the version of the application of GETITEZYSERVI passengers.

The first registration address is the address with which you first registered with the GETITEZYSERVI passenger application. It is not supposed to collect addresses, the private collection of your home address. However, there may be an unintended use of the address information, if your initial registration takes place at the home address, that is, if you register from home, or if the billing address provided is the same as your address of residence. Based on this information, our European fraud prevention service provider will calculate a statistical probability of default and, based on that, will make a fully automatic decision on whether to make the payment function available via the application in the GETITEZYSERVI application. When calculating the statistical probability of non-payment, the European fraud prevention service provider acts as an independent data controller, pursuant to Art. 4 (7) of the GDPR. The billing address and the registration address are used only as a component, in addition to the other personal data mentioned above, for the calculation of scores; no further processing or use of this personal data is carried out. The mediation functionality of the application without the payment through the application function is available to any user, regardless of the scores. If the fully automated decision, based on the calculated score value, leads to the fact that the payment function through the application is not offered to you, you can, however, use the GETITEZYSERVI passenger application and make payments in cash or with a debit card. In this case, you will be notified immediately by email, after this decision, that you will not be able to use the payment function through the application. If you do not agree with the decision on the use of the payment function through the application, please contact us via https://support.GETITEZYSERVI.eu/ We will then review the decision, through a specially trained employee, including your point of view.

Occasionally, a specially trained GETITEZYSERVI employee makes the final decision on the implementation of the payment function through the scoring-related application. In these cases, the decision is therefore not fully automated.

Regardless of whether the calculated score is fully automatic, the personal data listed above are used by our own specially trained personnel, for the purpose of preventing payment default, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR. This means that a specially trained GETITEZYSERVI employee can evaluate the data mentioned and, based on this, in the case of abnormalities, can decide, at their own discretion and existing empirical values, whether the payment function through the application is offered in the application . In addition, in these cases, this employee can also call the driver during a trip and inform him about the non-acceptance of a form of payment. No further use of your personal data will be made. If the decision of our employee leads to the fact that the function of payment through the application is not offered to him, he can, however, use the GETITEZYSERVI passenger application and make payments in cash or with a debit card. Therefore, we would like to point out that you can use the GETITEZYSERVI passenger application and our mediation service at any time, even if the payment function through the application has been disabled.

To protect you against undue payments for taxi trips, the driver's mobile device sends us GPS location data, at short intervals, during a TV trip, thus allowing us to map the entire trip. In this way we want to make sure that the driver does not intentionally prolong the trip to get a higher fare. If you think you have paid too much, you can ask us for the journey. The treatment of your GPS location data is for your and our protection against Commerce and / or fraudulent passengers, as this is done based on Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, to protect your e our interests (for example, undue payments).

GETITEZYSERVI may disclose your personal data when si considers that such disclosure is appropriate for the purpose of complying with applicable laws and regulations, for security reasons, or based on other concerns of a similar nature. This includes, for example, the disclosure of personal data to the credit institute, in case of complaints about payments made through the “Pay By App” application that, allegedly, have not been authorized. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, to protect ourselves against fraudulent behavior.

3.4.2. Emailage

GETITEZYSERVI has a legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, in using the services of the service provider Emailage LTD, 16 Great Queen Street, Covent Garden, London WC2B 5AH, United Kingdom („Emailage“) . This is done to avoid a non-payment when paying with a credit card or when using the function Pay by App (“Pay By App”), respectively after your registration in the application and for each new entry of a payment method you have selected . The assessment of the risk of non-payment is carried out based on a mathematical-statistical procedure (score) from Emailage.

For this purpose, your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address will be transmitted to Emailage for risk assessment purposes. Emailage will store this data to assess the risk score based on a statistical method so that GETITEZYSERVI and other Emailage contract partners can receive information that estimates the creditworthiness of customers in the form of a risk score. More information about the processing of data by Emailage can be found in Emailage's privacy policy, available at https://emailage.com/ta-br/privacy-policy/. Emailage acts as an independent Data Controller under the data protection law in the sense of Art. 4 (7) of the GDPR.

The score value obtained through the analysis of Emailage is not used by GETITEZYSERVI for the purpose of an automated decision-making process. Decisions that affect your contractual relationship with GETITEZYSERVI are made by our GETITEZYSERVI employees.

3.5. Troubleshooting and Operation Improvements

In order to eliminate possible malfunctions of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App, improve the operation of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App and adapt si in order to adjust si to the needs of passengers, we treat the following personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) b) the GDPR based on our legitimate interest:

First and last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, profile picture (optional), your GPS coordinates at the time of booking, professional and home address (optional), coordinates of the start and destination of your trip and information about your terminal (device ID), language, time zone, city.

To the extent that si is sufficient for the fulfillment of the corresponding objective, we work with anonymous or aggregated data and not with personal data.

3.6. Individualized news and offers

3.6.1. General

If you accepted to receive news and individual offers (advertising, coupons and promotions) and the presentation of advertising based on usage ("retargeting") during the registration process or later on the profile of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App under “data protection”, and if so have slid the button to the right, activating si, you will receive offers and advertising from us. In this context, we treat the following personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR, if you have given us the corresponding consent: first and last name, passenger ID, e-mail address, home address and / or professional (optional entry), mobile phone number, profile photo (optional), payment method, registration date, language settings, GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App profile (business or private customer), type of trip (booking, casual trip ), version of the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App, login information, your GPS location data at the time of booking and at the end of the trip or the collection and destination locations, device ID, IDFA (Advertising Identifier, Apple, Identifier for advertisers), IFV (advertising identifier, identifier provider),GAID (Google advertising identifier), IP address and usage data (frequency of use, number of application installations, subscriptions or travel), language, time zone, city.

If you do not wish to receive the news and individual offers mentioned above, you can - as easily as you have accepted - withdraw your consent by disabling the aforementioned button. Please note that when withdrawing consent, as well as subsequent changes, they will only be valid for the future and will be or, when they can be implemented within up to 48 hours, after the change. This is due to reasons of a technical nature, which do not allow a faster implementation.

3.6.2. Direct Advertising for Existing Customers

If, in conjunction with the performance of our purchasing services, we have received your email address or telephone number and have completed at least one trip that we have made available to you, we will use this information exclusively for our own direct advertising of our own products and services via electronic mail (e-mail, SMS and MMS), unless you have rejected such direct advertising. To this end, based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, we process the following data: e-mail address and telephone number. Our legitimate interest is in intensifying customer relations, offering appropriate and interesting information about products. The objection to direct advertising is possible at any time, with effect for the future, by clicking on the corresponding link in the email (for example, to unsubscribe from a newsletter) or by contact via SMS. The direct ad sent by us is not personalized. Please note that the objection and modifications required are only valid for the future and will be effective or, as they can be implemented within 48 hours of being removed. This is due to reasons of a technical nature, which do not allow a faster implementation.

3.6.3. Use of AppsFlyer Technology

We use the services of AppsFlyer Ltd., 14 Maskit St., Herzliya, Israel ("AppsFlyer"), to obtain more information about how users access and use our application. When using these services, certain data about the devices used by users, their online behavior and the content of the page visited are collected, processed and used. This applies, in particular, to information such as:

Unique identifiers, such as IP address, user agent, IDFA (Identifier for advertisers), Android ID (on Android devices), Google advertiser ID and appsflyer_id.
Technical data, such as android_id, information regarding the operating system of the device used, user agent identification, device model, browser language, TourID, eventName, eventValue, events_api, city, device settings and attributes, applications, cancellation of advertising, downloads, impressions, clicks and installs of applications for mobile devices, behavior in the application, parameters of movement of the device, carrier, events that occur outside the mobile application (server-server events 2), attribution of events in the application, original device and source of information assigned by Appsflyer.
AppsFlyer uses this data, on our behalf, to evaluate and analyze the performance of our actions and marketing channels, to find out how users respond to specific campaigns, how they use and interact with the application. The data described above is not used to individualize users or to assign them to a specific person. In addition, the data is used to detect and prevent cases such as the so-called "mobile fraud", that is, manipulative and fraudulent actions related to our marketing measures.

Based on the data collected that is aggregated during the process, AppsFlyer can identify for us whether certain actions related to our application (for example, download or installation) were caused by manipulation. This also serves our business interests, as we have to consider such mobile fraud actions to compensate our cooperating partners (advertising networks / partner websites that display our ads). The processing of data occurs, therefore, based on the so-called balance of interest clause in Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR and in the context of our legitimate interest.

3.6.4. Sending service news and communications

To send news and offers via email, we use service provider Braze Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA. For sending service communications, we use the service provider “MailChimp”, which is operated by Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE. Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

We have entered into a data processing contract with our service providers, which guarantees that the latter will treat your personal data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and the current data protection law. MailChimp guarantees that the processing of personal data is subject to an adequate level of protection in relation to the processing of data in the USA, in accordance with the requirements of European data protection legislation. In addition, we subscribe to standard contractual clauses with Braze, under the terms of Art. 46 of the GDPR, in order to guarantee an adequate level of protection during the processing of your data. The legal basis for the transmission of data and its treatment by our service provider is Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR together with Art. 28 of the GDPR.

3.6.5. Facebook Custom Public Announcements

5. Treatment within / outside the European Union / European Economic Area

With the GETITEZYSERVI Trade application si is possible for you to receive taxi trips, organized by us. To receive trips through our GETITEZYSERVI Commerce application, you must provide your personal data, which we process in order to be able to provide the respective service. If you provide additional information on a voluntary basis, si will be duly identified as "optional".
3.1. Travel Acquisition
To obtain trips through us, the following personal data are processed:

To register and use the GETITEZYSERVI Comercio App, you must provide the following information: First and last name, date of birth, city, country, e-mail address, fax number, mobile phone number, information about your license, your GPS location data, while connected to the App Comercio GETITEZYSERVI, plus, at the time of booking, the start, route and destination of a particular trip, information about your device (device ID, access point for the Comercio GETITEZYSERVI App, browser type and operating system), taxi company details (for Comercio on behalf of others), company address (for Comercio working on an individual basis), passenger ratings (1 to 5 stars for the driver and vehicle and the average rating), official registration number, color and make of the taxi vehicle,operational status, user ID, number of trips, turnover, rate of completion and cancellation of trips, details of payment by the passenger, including tips and the password, chosen by you, in encrypted format, professional address and profile photo (optional).
You must consent to the use of your GPS coordinates to GETITEZYSERVI, during the installation of the App Comercio GETITEZYSERVI. Through the operating system of your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), you can also consent to the use of your GPS coordinates to GETITEZYSERVI at a later time or withdraw your consent. If you do not share your GPS coordinates with us, we are unable to obtain trips for you or your transport company, as we communicate passengers' requests based on location, so that we know the time period until arrival at the destination.
We will transmit your GPS location data, your name, your profile photo (if you have provided one) and the vehicle registration number to the passenger who booked the trip, for identification purposes. Where the mobile phone number provided during registration is displayed, the passenger can call him via the App Comercio GETITEZYSERVI after accepting the trip, while driving and for a certain period after the trip is completed. The mobile number you entered during registration will appear. This is necessary so that the passenger can call you after a trip to ask you, the driver, for example, for information about items left in the vehicle. Without the processing of the personal data mentioned above, we will not be able to organize trips for you, through your Transport Company.
3.1.2. Integration with Google Maps
The Comercio GETITEZYSERVI App uses the Google Maps API application. In this way, we can show you maps on the App Comercio GETITEZYSERVI and also allow you to use the maps (for example, navigation). Without the application of the Google Maps API, our App Comercio GETITEZYSERVI will not work. You can view Google's terms of use here: https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps.html. In order to be able to make payments under the applicable framework purchase agreement and the valid “Terms and Conditions for Tvde Companies”, the following personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, b) of the GDPR for the purposes of performance of the contract:
First and last name, number of trips, turnover, if you work individually, information on payments and bank details. The relevant data about your payment are available on the GETITEZYSERVI Portal.
3.3. Classification of Commerce and Passengers
Through the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App, Passengers can rate you and your vehicle, after a trip, between 1 to 5 stars. The individual classification results in the average value that we determine for you and your vehicle. The individual classification is only visible to the respective Passenger who provides si, for you as the Driver and for GETITEZYSERVI. For Merchants who work with a transport company, we only pass the individual classification to your transport company, with your consent.
In addition, Passengers can add Commerce as their favorite Commerce to their profiles on the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App. In this context, your first and last name, your classification and your profile photo will be saved in the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App of the respective Passenger.
The processing of this data is done based on our legitimate interest under the terms of art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, to guarantee a reasonable standard of quality and to guarantee the safety of the Passenger.
Additionally, you can also classify Passengers. The classifications are only visible to GETITEZYSERVI and will only be transmitted to the affected Passenger, upon request, anonymously. The processing of Personal Data by GETITEZYSERVI will occur based on your consent, in accordance with art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR you gave, providing a classification.
3.4. Prevention of fraud and defaults
3.4.1. General
GETITEZYSERVI uses a European service provider to predict patterns of fraudulent behavior. The personal data used to identify the pattern are as follows:
Driver ID, first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, home address, device ID, IDFA (advertising ID), current status
The logic used by our European service provider is based on the algorithm called "random forest", which is a tool to classify certain patterns, consisting of several uncorrelated decision trees. The "random forest" algorithm chooses the classification that is most often predicted by its decision trees. The algorithm is constantly learning from data sets and adapting decision trees accordingly. Our service provider was carefully selected and hired in writing. It is linked to our instructions and we have verified its technical and organizational measures with regard to the security of the processing of personal data. Furthermore,

3.6.5. Facebook Custom Public Announcements
In order to be able to show you personalized ads individually, related to our mediation service, within the framework of the social network Facebook, a service of Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”) and on the partners' websites Facebook, we work with Facebook Custom Public Announcements. 3.1.2. Integration with Google Maps
The Comercio GETITEZYSERVI App uses the Google Maps API application. In this way, we can show you maps on the App Comercio GETITEZYSERVI and also allow you to use the maps (for example, navigation). 3.3. Classification of Commerce and Passengers
Through the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App, Passengers can rate you and your vehicle, after a trip, between 1 to 5 stars. The individual classification results in the average value that we determine for you and your vehicle. The individual classification is only visible to the respective Passenger who provides si, for you as the Driver and for GETITEZYSERVI. For Merchants who work with a transport company, we only pass the individual classification to your transport company, with your consent.
In addition, Passengers can add Commerce as their favorite Commerce to their profiles on the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App. In this context, your first and last name, your classification and your profile photo will be saved in the GETITEZYSERVI Passenger App of the respective Passenger.

3.4. Prevention of fraud and defaults

GETITEZYSERVI uses a European service provider to predict patterns of fraudulent behavior. The personal data used to identify the pattern are as follows:

5. Treatment inside / outside the European Union / European Economic Area
